You’ll hear all kinds of music in Rachel’s classes-she loves a good throwback, remix or dynamic beat drop. Rachel believes exercise should be fun AND challenging and teaches a powerful rhythm ride to inspire a feeling of confidence and accomplishment. Her favorite move on the bike is the “Jibe”!
With certifications in AFAA Group Ex, TRX, In-Trinity, Schwinn and Stages Cycling, Rachel has taught multiple fitness formats in MA, CA and NY before moving to Maine in 2018.
