Rachel's passion and commitment to fitness started with martial arts classes 20 years ago on Boston's North Shore. Soon after that, taking classes at the gym turned into teaching classes. With certifications in AFAA Group Ex, TRX, In-Trinity, Schwinn Cycling and Stages Cycling, Rachel has taught indoor cycling (Traditional and Rhythm Rides), cardio kickboxing, boot camp, TRX, and Muscle Conditioning in Massachusetts, California and New York before moving to Maine.
Rachel teaches a powerful rhythm ride and you'll hear all kinds of music in her classes: hip-hop, R&B, dance, EDM, pop, alt rock and classic rock hits.
Rachel teaches to inspire a feeling of confidence and accomplishment in her rides, and believes exercise should be fun AND challenging. When not in the studio, Rachel's exploring her new state with her husband and daughter.
