Katie discovered spin when a friend asked her to try class in 2012. An avid runner and former lacrosse player, Katie had a few reservations about a workout that involved "dancing on a bike," but after one class she was hooked! She has been spinning ever since to truly maximize her fitness routine... and have a little fun while doing it! 

Katie recently moved back to her home state of Maine, after living in New York City, and couldn't be happier to be part of the Jibe Tribe. When she is not in the studio she is outside adventuring with friends and family. Teaching at Jibe allows Katie to put her high energy to work in a fun, inspiring environment. Don’t be fooled by her big smile and infectious laugh, Katie's class will give you a killer work out. Her ride is built on challenging your fitness level while building your confidence both on and off the bike.
